The Consorzio Padova Export is a non-profit pool of concerns promoted by the Unione Artigiani of Padua and established in 1975. It's primarily made up of small and medium concerns, essentially craft ones, located in the province of Padua. The main purpose of the Consorzio Padova Export is to promote the associated companies' products in Italy and in foreign countries.
 
 

The consortium organs

The organs of the Consorzio Padova Export are:

1. The Assembly;
2. The Chairman;
3. The Board of Directors;
4. The Board of Arbitrators;
5. The Board of Auditors.

The Board of Directors is made up of 9 members elected by the Assembly who stay on for 3 years. The Board of Directors that's now in office is made up of:

Who are the members

Small and medium concerns (according to the provisions of paragraphs 1-5 of the article 2195 of the Civil Code) and handicraft companies (according to the law August 8 1985 nø 443) located in the province of Padua, limited and capital gain companies.

The Consorzio Padova Export can offer many qualified services among which are:

  • participation to international fairs, missions from and to foreign countries;
  • advices about international contract laws, incoterms, export credits, products certifications;
  • strategical trade informations and marketing researches;
  • access to national and international data banks on international development and co-operation in order to get all those informations about regulamentations, technical, financial and administrative aspects that represent a real heritage for our investments abroad;
  • operative and formative assistence to those small concerns that may be in trouble embarking on the exportations' adventure;
  • training of cadres for the management of actions abroad;
  • creation of new solid basis across the border and knowledge of foreign sale structures in order to establish lasting relations with potential qualified clients;
  • creation of images for the associated companies in order to acquire prestige on international markets; the instruments of reference are: publicity, depliants, catalogues, multimedia products.
